Who knew this little slice of heaven existed! The lobby feels upscale. The staff is some of the most attentive, friendly I’ve encountered - specifically Robert and Alexa. Even the hygiene toothbrush kits felt luxury! The outside landscape and grass right on the ocean is rare and well maintained. Can’t wait to go back!
The Trailborn hotel is great. Rooms are nice with some great views of the water. The bed was so comfortable. Robert Helen at the front desk has been so helpful and friendly during our stay. Highly recommended here and will stay again on our next visit.
We enjoyed our stay at Trailborn. Perfect location with surfside rooms just steps from the beach and gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. There is a nice restaurant on site (we took advantage of room service during our stay). The staff is so friendly, they work very hard to make sure you have a comfortable visit. We hope to come back again soon!
We recently stayed the night at The Trailborn and it was a great experience. The staff was attentive, there were nice amenities in our room and some great touches such as a bag we could use on the beach and a laundry bag we were able to fill up and take home. The coffee and tea choices in the room were excellent and the views can’t be beat. We enjoyed our breakfast at La Duna as well. We did try the sauna and hot tub and while they worked I think this part of the hotel has not be updated in many years and it showed. Hopeful these will get updated as they made for a great addition to our trip. Overall, the location is exceptional, there were many thoughtful touches through out and truly a place you could come and easily stay for a week with all the hotel has to offer in addition to the area.
We stayed here to celebrate my birthday and Robert and Alexa made it truly special. They graciously upgraded our room and surprised us with a handwritten note and champagne, which was such a thoughtful touch and truly wowed us when we arrived to our room Their warmth and attention to detail made the whole experience feel elevated and personal. Thank you both for making my birthday feel special. It meant more than you know!
Rooms are a lil worn but the upgrade to room with balcony & birthday champagne, resort fee credit & free bikes were awesome. Noah King at front desk was superb, very gracious, high customer service & just a delight!
Love love this hotel! We came in the off season but the views from the room and location right on the beach made the stay amazing. Honestly the quiet of the off season made it even more magical. Big shoutout to Robert and Helen for being an amazing help during my stay
Trailborn has been renovated, offering a decor reminiscent of the 60s with a mid-century flair. The rooms were fairly spacious, and the in-hotel restaurant was a notch above most (I recommend the lox bagel with cream cheese). We went in February when it was pretty cold, so we didn't get to see the pool or outdoor amenities. What we did see looked just like they do in the photos. Recommend!
